This department is directly under the control of our partner, Tawanda Maguwudze. Tawanda is an expert in the securitization of properties for financial institutions. He helped author Lloyd Mhishi’s conveyancing in Zimbabwe and is presently providing time and assistance for the compilation of another book relating to notarial practice in the country.
The Practice was only registered in the year 2022 in February but is constituted by Legal Practitioners with more than 36 years of experience. The main thrust of the practice is commercial transactions and civil litigation.
